A plate of hot, piping momos with different kinds of dipping sauces can make any foodie salivate. However, how would you feel when the delectable dish is served in a kulhad? Yes, you read that right. Kulhad chai is extremely common but momos in them is a rather new concept. To make the dish, the man first began with making a base of sorts with chopped capsicum, onion and sweet corn. Next, he added two different types of sauces with a dollop of mayonnaise and seasonings.
