Mammootty to Keerthy Suresh, celebs remember KPAC Lalitha with fond memories

Veteran actress KPAC Lalitha passed away on February 22 in Kerala. Her untimely demise left her family, friends and fans in a state of shock. Mammootty, Keerthy Suresh, Prithviraj Sukumaran and several other celebrities took to social media to mourn the loss of Lalitha. The legendary actress will be cremated at her residence in Wadakkancherry, Kerala, today (February 23).

KPAC Lalitha breathed her last at her son Siddharth Anand's house in Kochi on February 22. She was 74 years old. The actress' mortal remains have been kept at her house in Thirupunithura, where the public can pay homage.

Malayalam superstar Mammootty shared a photo of Lalitha and penned a moving note in Malayalam. His tweet is roughly translated as, "I have lost someone dear to me. With a lot of everlasting memories, I condole her death."

Keerthy Suresh took to Twitter and wrote, "Extremely saddened to hear about the passing of the legendary KPAC Lalitha aunty. My heartfelt condolences to the family (sic)."
