Mahit Gadhiwala, who landed AIR 9 in the JEE Advanced 2022 entrance test, has decided to pursue engineering. He is confident of bagging a CSE seat at IIT Bombay. In order to achieve success, you need to know his unique success mantra.
On Sunday, Mahit Gadhiwala from Surat ranked 9th in the JEE (Advanced) Common Merit List. Being the son of a dentist couple, the 18-year-old always wanted to pursue a BTech degree. His score was 285 out of 360 in the IIT entrance test.
In a conversation with IndiaToday Education, Mahit shared his preperation journey, what strategies he used and how he scored so well.
"I am very satisfied with my overall result of JEE Advanced. It seems that all the 3 years of hard work has given me an unexpected and fruitful outcome", says Mahit Gadhiwala from Surat.
"For the past three years, I have been working hard all day and night to secure a good rank in JEE Advanced with the help of my parents and Allen Surat. I covered theory, answered plenty of questions, and gave many test series", says Mahit.
Total-285/360 marks
"I used to wake up at 7 in the morning and did exercise for an hour( for physical and mental fitness). In the morning, I usually had my classes and after that I used to do self-study. As relaxing therapy, I used to watch a movie or any series for 40-45 mins a day for recreation', he added.
In response to a question about any hardships he faced during his entire 3-year journey, he replied that ups and downs were always there, but the major challenge was keeping discipline throughout the whole process.
