Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik's son-in-law Sameer Khan has been granted bail by Mumbai court in connection with a drugs case.
After eight months in prison, Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik's son-in-law Sameer Khan has been granted bail on Monday by a Mumbai court dealing with Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
In July, the chargesheet was filed against the accused including Sameer Khan, who was arrested on January 9 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The accused were booked for offences punishable under several sections of the NDPS Act.
