Maharashtra govt to hand over all Anil Deshmukh case documents to CBI

The Maharashtra government will soon hand over all documents related to transfers and postings of police officers when Anil Deshmukh served as the state Home Minister to CBI in related to a case against him.
The Maharashtra government told the Bombay High Court on Thursday that every document that IPS officer Rashmi Shukla gave to the state authorities will be handed over to the CBI by August 31. It will be following the court judgment. The statement was made before the Bench of Justices SS Shinde and NJ Jamadar who were hearing an application of the CBI seeking documents including those pertaining to transfers and postings of police officers when Deshmukh was Home Minister.More Related News
