Bareilly police have arrested a 32-year-old madrassa teacher for allegedly announcing a reward of Rs 1 crore for beheading an Uttarakhand priest. A video of the madrassa teacher making the threat had surfaced on social media, the Times of India reported. In an interview with a TV channel, the madrassa teacher had reportedly announced the Rs 1 crore reward for anyone who beheads the priest.
