
Lucknow: Two arrested Al Qaeda operatives sent to 14 days' police custody

UP Police's Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) on Sunday uncovered an alleged terror plot and arrested two suspected operatives of Al Qaeda-supported outfit Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind.
The two suspected Al Qaeda terrorists nabbed by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) in Lucknow on Sunday have been sent to 14 days' ATS custody. Two terrorists of the Al-Qaeda-supported Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind were arrested by the Uttar Pradesh ATS from the outskirts of Lucknow on Sunday, senior official earlier said, adding that they were planning explosions, including using "human bombs", at several places in UP.More Related News
