Louisville candidate's alleged attempted assassin wants federal indictment tossed over mental health records
Fox News
Lawyers for activist Quintez Brown, who was sprung from jail through a BLM-supported bail fund months ago after allegedly attempting to kill Louisville mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg, are asking a judge to throw out a new federal indictment over a subpoena of Brown's mental health records.
Brown’s defense attorneys argue the government had not notified Brown about the subpoena and warned that the recipient should not notify anyone that the information was requested because "such disclosure could impede the investigation" and "thereby interfere with the enforcement of the law."
