Lost PAN card? Income Tax department spells easy ways to apply

If you have not linked your Aadhaar with PAN, then you must link your Aadhaar with PAN on or before March 31, 2022.
Permanent Account Number (PAN) is an essential document issued by the Income Tax Department. If you misplace your PAN, don't need to worry. You can always apply for a reprint of a physical PAN card if you have details. In case, however, you don’t remember your PAN details, you can write to the Income Tax department.

"We are here to help you. If you have your PAN details with you, please visit these links for the procedure to apply for reprint of a physical PAN Card," the Income Tax department tweeted.
If you have lost your PAN and also don't know the details, you can still apply for a reprint of your physical card. You can write to email ids provided by the Income Tax department.
"In case, however, you don’t remember your PAN details and need to ascertain the PAN for applying for reprint of physical card, please write to us at adg1.systems@incometax.gov.in & jd.systems1.1@incometax.gov.in," Income Tax department tweeted.
You can now apply online for a reprint of your PAN card if there is no change required in the data.
