Lord’s Test: Moeen Ali recalled to England squad in wake of hosts struggles against India at Trent Bridge

Moeen Ali has been recalled to the England squad and looks set to play in the second Test at Lord's. The second Test of a five-match series between India and England will be played from Thursday.

England on Tuesday recalled spin bowling all-rounder Moeen Ali to the squad ahead of the second Test against India at Lord's, beginning on August 12. The England top order barring skipper Joe Root has been struggling for a while with head coach Chris Silverwood hinting at making changes, in the team in case of continued non-performance.
