Denver Barkey had two goals and two assists to earn first star honours, while linemate Blake Montgomery had 2 goals to make it 16 in his last 16 games.
Easton Cowan had an assist on Barkey’s first goal of the game to extend his point streak to 58 consecutive regular season games.
Goaltender Austin Elliott stayed perfect on the season, improving to 17-0 since coming to the OHL.
London improved to 8-0-1-0 in its last nine games and keep a two-point lead on the Windsor Spitfires for most points in the league.
London also stayed four points ahead of Kitchener in the Midwest Division.
The OHL trade deadline came and went on Friday and the Knights didn’t make any more deals. They did announce that first-round pick Logan Hawery has been assigned to the St. Thomas Stars of the Greater Ontario Hockey League. Hawery scored four goals including the overtime winner in his debut Friday in a Stars overtime victory.
