
Liverpool will cope with absence of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane: Jurgen Klopp

Premier League: Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said on Thursday that they have enough bench strength to cover for AFCON absentees, including Mohamed Salah, but hinted that the second-placed side might not be able to play same way that has helped them dominate over the last few weeks.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said on Thursday that he is happy with the squad at his disposal and that he has options to make up for the absence of his key players, including Mohamed Salah, during the Africa Cup of Nations.
The AFCON Cup, a 24-team event, will be held in Cameroon from January 9 to February 6. Liverpool are set to lose their key star's including Egypt's Mohamed Salah, Senegal's Sadio Mane and Guinea's Naby Keita during the said period.
