The UN General Assembly has suspended Russia from the UN's leading human rights body over allegations of horrific rights violations by Russian soldiers in Ukraine. Thursday's vote was 93-24 with 58 abstentions
The United States and Ukraine have called Russia's alleged rights violations tantamount to war crimes.
