He also says that it “further demonstrates how Russian President Vladimir Putin's war has made Russia an international pariah.”
The UN General Assembly has suspended Russia from the UN's leading human rights body over allegations of horrific rights violations by Russian soldiers in Ukraine. Thursday's vote was 93-24 with 58 abstentions
The United States and Ukraine have called Russia's alleged rights violations tantamount to war crimes.
