The Issue: Eddie Scarry’s article (“Mess-ter President,” May 13) informs us that the White House “requires reporters to submit quotes from officials that they want to use for approval before story publication.”
A free press is a bedrock of democracy and is enshrined in the First Amendment. Is this not censorship? Why is the Fourth Estate not up in arms about this? Dov KleinMore Related News
