Late actor Leslie Jordan uploaded a video of him singing "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder", a Christian hymn about heaven, the day before he passed away in a Los Angeles car accident.
The "Will & Grace" actor had experienced newfound popularity on social media during the COVID-19 pandemic, uploading comedic videos with a flamboyant Southern flair. On Sunday, he posted his rendition of "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder," a Christian hymn.
"When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and time shall be no more / And the morning breaks, eternal, bright and fair," Jordan sang in the video. "When the saved of Earth shall gather over on the other shore / And the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there." A post shared by Leslie Jordan (@thelesliejordan)
