
Lea Michele forced off Broadway stage for 10 days after testing positive for COVID-19

Fans of Lea Michele hoping to finally see her singing and dancing in "Funny Girl" on Broadway will have to be patient.
The "Glee" actor has tested positive for COVID-19 — missing Saturday's matinee and evening performance — and must now quarantine, slated to return to the show on Tuesday, Sept. 20. She only started on Tuesday.
"Unfortunately, I have officially tested positive for COVID. In following production protocol I cannot return to the theater for 10 days," Michele wrote in a message posted to her Instagram story. "Thankfully staying home today and catching this early protected so many members of our company from being exposed."

The U.S. military scrambled fighter jets Saturday to intercept three civilian planes flying near President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, according to the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
