Lata Mangeshkar was a big fan of Sonakshi Sinha, reveals Shatrughan Sinha

Shatrughan Sinha shared that Lata Mangeshkar was his daughter Sonakshi Sinha's fans at Aaj Tak's Shradhanjali Tum Mujhe Bhula Na Paoge.

Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha revealed that Lata Mangeshkar liked his acting and was also a fan of his daughter, Sonakshi Sinha. Speaking at Aaj Tak's special ode to the Nightingale of India - Shradhanjali Tum Mujhe Bhula Na Paoge, he recalled how she praised his daughter's acting chops.

Lata Mangeshkar was a fan of Shatrughan Sinha and his daughter, Sonakshi. He said, "We were fortunate that me and my family got love and adoration from Lata Didi. She would often talk about my dialogues and acting. She used to like y daughter Sonakshi's acting as well. She used to say 'I am a big fan of hers. I am fan of yours but also a big fans of Sonakshi'. I told her 'you saying this is such a big compliment for our family and kids'. She used to tell that she watched so and so film of mine so many times and would recall the dialogues."

Lata Mangeshkar was cremated with full state honours at Shivaji Park, Mumbai. Sachin Tendulkar and his wife Anjali Tendulkar attended Lata Didi's final rites. Besides Sachin and Anjali, Shah Rukh Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rahul Vaidya and other eminent personalities paid last respects to Lata Mangeshkar.
