Large police presence on Alexander Avenue

A large police presence is currently in the area around the Bag Factory Apartments on Alexander Avenue in Winnipeg’s Centennial neighbourhood.

CTV News observed multiple police units on the scene including the police K-9 unit.

Officers were also seen coming from the inside the apartment building.
