The Madras High Court on Friday ordered a three-member doctors' panel from a Puducherry institute to assess the autopsy reports of a Class 12 girl, whose death had triggered massive protests in Kallakurichi.

While hearing the case, Justice Satish Kumar asked why the parents of the girl had not taken the body yet. The counsel appearing for the deceased girl's family alleged that the post-mortem report was tampered with.
