Land lot sales generate QR258m in weekly realty activity: Ezdan Real Estate Report

Doha: Qatar’s weekly property market from April 19-22 has witnessed a tight grip by land lot sales where they generated up to QR258.2m, or 61.2 percent of the total sales volume, whilst buildings of all types generated up to QR163.6m, or 38.8 percent of the total sales, according to Ezdan Real Estate report.

During the period, registered property sales totaled QR421.8m and were distributed among 7 municipalities including Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen, and Al Wakra. The realty activity also included the sales of vacant lands, residences, multi-use buildings, multi-use land lots and residential buildings, according to data gleaned from the real estate bulletin released by the Real Estate Registration Department.
