Rahul Gandhi has written to PM Modi and sought his intervention to resolve the crisis in Lakshadweep. Attacking administrator Praful Khoda Patel, Rahul Gandhi claimed that “draconian regulations in Lakshadweep would penalise dissent and undermine grassroots democracy”.
