Kumar Mangalam Birla steps down as non-executive chairman of Vodafone Idea

Vodafone Idea said on Wednesday that Kumar Mangalam Birla has stepped down as its non-executive director and non-executive chairman. The company informed that Himanshu Kapania, a nominee of the Aditya Birla Group, has been appointed as the non-executive chairman.
