Andre Russell's career-best bowling figures on Tuesday saw Mumbai Indians getting bowled out for 152 in Match 5 of the Indian Premier League 2021 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Russell bowled just 2 overs in the match and picked up 5 wickets for 15 runs as Kolkata became the first team to bowl Mumbai out in the IPL since 2018. This is also the first time MI were skittled out while batting first since 2014. Russell also registered the best bowling figures by a KKR bowler in the IPL, surpassing Sunil Narine's 5 for 19 against Kings XI Punjab in Kolkata in 2012.
