Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have welcomed their second child via surrogate. Fox News Digital confirmed in July that the couple was expecting their second baby.

"Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," a source told Page Six at the time.
