Kerala govt's advisory on the use of face masks will continue to be in force amid the threat of a fourth coronavirus wave and emerging recombinant variants.
Thiruvananthapuram: After states like Delhi, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Himachal Pradesh, the government of Kerala on Thursday lifted all Covid-19 restrictions in view of a significant drop in new cases of coronavirus infections.
In an advisory, the Kerala government said that it has decided to lift all Covid-19 restrictions with immediate effect. However, its advisory on the use of face masks will continue to be in force amid the threat of a fourth coronavirus wave and emerging recombinant variants.
