The Kuravilangad police in Kerala have filed a case against Pala Bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt over his controversial 'narcotic jihad' remark.
The Kuravilangad police in Kerala have registered a case against Pala Bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt over his controversial 'narcotic jihad' remark on the basis of a complaint which said the priest committed the offence of promoting feelings of hatred between different groups on the grounds of religion.
A magistrate court directed the police to register a case against the bishop. A petition by the All India Imam Council was filed against the bishop's remark.
