Kentucky mom who resisted school mask mandates says she was 'fighting for' her child
Fox News
Rysa Bankston, a mom in Murray, Kentucky, told Fox News Digital about the battles she endured during enforced masking at her son's school — and why she stood up for her family's rights.
"I haven’t ever felt like masks work — people are still getting sick." "I explained to my son that he has rights — and he didn't have to wear [a mask] if he didn't want to. These are mandates, not laws."
Bankston, 31, has strong feelings about what happened to her family.
"I haven’t ever felt like masks work — people are still getting sick," Bankston told Fox News Digital in a phone interview.
