Kentucky CBP intercept 'lethal' fentanyl shipment from South Africa labeled as ‘water purification’

A package arriving in Louisville, Kentucky, from South Africa was labeled as "water purification," but contained enough fentanyl to kill 220,700 people, authorities said.
Officers found a bottle labeled "Hydrozone ph-Balance" containing a white powder that tested positive for fentanyl. A small zip lock bag labeled "Bicarbonate minerals" also contained a white powder that tested positive for the deadly narcotic.
The total amount of fentanyl seized was 441 grams. The agency said the estimated street value was $58,000.
