Kelsey Grammer reassured his "Frasier" costar Toks Olagundoye that she would not be fired from the show due to battling breast cancer during filming.
Shortly into production, Olagundoye's doctor insisted that she had to undergo a double mastectomy immediately and the actress feared that she would lose her job. ‘"He said, ‘I know how actors think, I want to let you know this is your family, you’re not getting fired, we’re going to do whatever we need to do to make you feel comfortable.’" Ashley Hume is an entertainment writer for Fox News Digital.
