Kazakh President meets Deputy PM

Nur-Sultan: President of Kazakhstan H E Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met yesterday with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, on the sidelines of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), which is taking place in the Kazakh capital Nur-Sultan.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed, in a speech made on behalf of the participating delegation during the reception, his thanks and gratitude to the President of Kazakhstan for the invitation to attend the sixth session of the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, and for the good reception and hospitality on Kazakhstan’s land.
He highlighted the distinguished cooperation relations between Qatar and Kazakhstan, which are seeing marked development in all fields. Those fields include political, economic, and investment avenues. He expressed his hope that bilateral relations can continue to prosper to benefit the interests of the two peoples.
