An update on Phone Bhoot has been long-awaited by fans. And what looks like it, the makers and star cast comprising Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhanth Chaturvedi finally have an update for us! On June 27, the Phone Bhoot logo was unveiled and going by the looks of it, the ‘bhayanak comedy’ might actually be a fun watch.

We distinctly remember how Katrina Kaif fans trended ‘We want Phone Bhoot update’ on Twitter in April, rooting for details on the upcoming film. On Monday, the logo of Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhanth Chaturvedi-starrer Phone Bhoot was unveiled by the makers. While no glimpse of Katrina, Ishaan and Siddhanth are present in the video but eerie music, a ghastly figure of a woman towards the end is enough to give you the chills. The release date of the film will be out on Tuesday, June 28. The trio, sharing the Phone Bhoot logo, wrote, “Ek Bhayanak comedy incoming. Stay tuned. #PhoneBhoot (sic).”

Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter began filming for Phone Bhoot in 2020. Several posters of the lead trio wearing blazer and pants have been out on the web. The film is being directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Ravi Shankaran, Jasvinder Singh Bath. Phone Bhoot is bankrolled by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment.
