Kate Winslet's career has been full of immense success. Through her time acting, she has been nominated for many Oscar awards and has put on unforgettable performances in a long lineup of films.
Kate Winslet was born Oct. 5, 1975, in Reading, Berkshire, England. Winslet grew up in a family of entertainers and quickly began to follow the same path as her parents by pursing a career in acting.
