Kashmir's Tyrion Lannister doppelganger Tariq Mir to feature in Ekta Kapoor's upcoming film U Turn

Tariq Mir, who is popularly known as Peter Dinklage of Jammu and Kashmir is all set to star in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming film, U Turn. Peter Dinklage became popular for his outstanding performance as Tyrion Lannister in the TV series, Game of Thrones.
Over the years, Tariq Mir garnered popularity as Peter Dinklage of Jammu and Kashmir. Now, he is all set to star in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming project titled U Turn. Peter became popular for his outstanding performance as Tyrion Lannister in the TV series, Game of Thrones hosted on HBO. Before this, Tariq made an appearance in Salman Khan's Bharat.
Tariq Mir, a native of Bumthan village of Anathnag district of south Kashmir, was first seen in Salman Khan's film Bharat. He got entry into Bollywood because of filmmaker Imtiyaz Ali. He was the one who spotted Tariq while shooting in Pahalgam.
Tariq is already popular on social media for his uncanny resemblance to Peter Dinklage. However, his dream is to become a star and make his dreams come true. Taking a step forward towards the same, Tariq will be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s film, U Turn.
Starring Alaya F in the lead role, U Turn is the Hindi remake of the 2018 Kannada blockbuster with the same name. The movie was also remade in Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam and Tamil. U Turn will be produced by Cult Movies, a new division under Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms.
