Primary and Secondary Education Minister glad that the examination ended smoothly and that there were no major issues
“The Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination results are likely to be announced in the second week of May,” B.C. Nagesh, Primary and Secondary Education Minister said in Vijayapura on Monday.
The release of answer keys and the inviting of objections to the answers shall start from Tuesday (April 12). The evaluation will start in the last week of April, the results will be released in the second week of May, and the supplementary examination will be held in June,
“We are glad that the SSLC examination has ended smoothly and am relieved that there were no major issues. Examination malpractices were reported only in one centre and one student was debarred. Attendance of first timers across the State averaged at 98%. But the absence of repeaters and private candidates is as high as earlier years,” the Minister said.
To a query, he said there was no confusion among students about the uniform code and all followed the code while writing the examination. “Not even a single student tested positive for COVID-19,” he also said.
