Karnataka hijab row: BJP slams petitioner’s lawyer for being part of Congress, lawyer says it's free country

The Karnataka BJP unit took to Twitter to allege that the Congress party was behind the birth of the hijab row. It further said that the lawyer representing the petitioners was a member of the legal cell of the Congress party.
The Karnataka BJP hit out at the Congress party, alleging that the Congress was behind the birth of the hijab row in Karnataka. The BJP, on Tuesday, February 8, took to Twitter to slam the Congress on the issue. The Karnataka HC, on Tuesday, began hearing petitions in the ongoing hijab row.
The tweet says, “This is what we were saying. The creation of the hijab controversy Congress. A representative of the Congress party's legal unit is arguing in the Hijab High Court. Is there any other example of how systematically the social breakdown work @INCKarnataka is being carried out?”

The Karnataka HC, on Tuesday, began to hear the petitions in the ongoing hijab row. Advocate Devdatt Kamat, who is allegedly a member of the Congress legal cell, is representing the petitioners.
