Kareena Kapoor Khan has finally started prep for Hansal Mehta's film. The actress also makes her debut as a producer with the project.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is loaded with work. Though her last film with Aamir Khan, Laal Singh Chaddha was a box office dud, the actress has quickly hopped onto her next project. Kareena is all set to make her debut as a producer with a Hansal Mehta project. On Saturday, the actress started prep for the same and posted an update on her Instagram story. Seen yet?

In August 2021, Hansal Mehta dropped a photo with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ekta Kapoor, announcing his next. Kareena, who also is also the producer of the project, has started her prep. Taking to her Instagram stories, she posted a photo of a spiral notebook where the words ‘The’ and ‘Murder’ were vaguely visible. Along with that, Hansal Mehta’s name was mentioned atop the note.

Last year, on August 10, 2021, Hansal Mehta posted a photo with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ekta Kapoor. He welcomed the actress aboard in his next project. Sharing the same, he wrote, “They are incredible women and I’m thrilled to be working with them (and to be in the same frame as them) Looking forward to this journey @kareenakapoorkhan and @ektarkapoor (sic).”

Ekta posted just a photo with Kareena, where she mentioned that the actress will be making her production debut with the project. An excerpt from her note reads, “It’s with immense happiness, pride & excitement that I’d like to welcome @kareenakapoorkhan on board as a producer for our next. Kareena has been an actor with a huge, admirable (almost envious) body of work and while her male co-stars turned producers in due course, she’s finally joined the bandwagon now! (sic).” It can be further read, “Here’s to wishing Kareena Kapoor Khan the best on her journey as a produceradding another feather to her already illustrious career! (sic).”
