Kansas woman accused of killing ex-husband, girlfriend released on reduced bond while awaiting third trial

Dana Chandler, a 62-year-old Kansas woman accused of murdering her ex-husband and his girlfriend in 2002, was released on bond as she awaits her third trial.
Under the conditions of her release, Chandler must be monitored by a GPS device, submit to random drug and alcohol testing, cannot possess any weapons and cannot travel out of state without permission from the court, according to Shawnee County.
