After the procedure, the right side of her face was left swollen, making her completely unrecognisable. While the doctors, at the time of the procedure, had informed her that swelling was a common side effect and it would reduce in a few hours, Swathi's condition has remained the same even after 20 days since the procedure.
Kannada actress Swathi Sathish, who has worked in films like FIR (2022) and 6 to 6 (2018), recently had a root canal done, and what is seemingly a simple procedure has turned out to be a nightmare for the actress. The procedure went horribly wrong when the right side of her face was left swollen. As per reports, the doctors had informed her that swelling of the face is a common side effect of the procedure and would subside in a couple of hours. However, the swelling on her face hasn't gone down even after 20 days since the procedure.
According to a Kannada news channel, Swathi is upset with the clinic and has accused them of medical negligence. Reportedly, she is also considering legal options.
Meanwhile, pictures of Swathi Sathish with a swollen face have surfaced online. Paparazzi photographer Viral Bhayani shared a before-after picture of Swathi to share the news.
Reportedly, Swathi is now being treated for her swollen face at a different medical facility.
