On Friday, the Bandra Metropolitan Court issued an order to Khar Police Station to file a complaint against actress Kangana Ranaut. The author of Didda: The warrior Queen of Kashmir, Ashish Kaul, has alleged copyright violation and cheating against Kangana. The author’s complaint in the Bandra court alleges breach of trust, copyright violation, cheating and violation under the IT Act. Following the application, the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Bandra court ordered the Khar police station under section 156(3) to register an FIR against Kangana Ranaut and others. After Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished her office-cum-residential bungalow in Pali Hill of Bandra (West), Kangana had announced that she would make a film comparing her plight to that of the Kashmiri Pandits.
