Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut has approached the Dindoshi sessions court in Mumbai, seeking the order passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) on October 21 be set aside.

While Kangana sought to have Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar's complaint against her transferred from the Andheri Magistrate Court to another court, the CMM rejected her plea on October 21.
