Kamala Harris says Trump's rhetoric is 'similar' to that of Adolf Hitler
Fox News
Vice President Kamala Harris said Tuesday that people have "rightly" claimed former President Donald Trump's rhetoric is similar to that of Adolf Hitler.
"They're poisoning the blood of our country. That's what they've done," he said. "They poison — mental institutions and prisons all over the world. Not just in South America. Not just the three or four countries that we think about. But all over the world, they're coming into our country — from Africa, from Asia, all over the world." Nikolas Lanum is an associate editor for Fox News Digital.
Harris was asked about these comments while sitting for an interview on MSNBC. Host Lawrence O'Donnell asked the vice president to imagine she was a young eighth-grade girl when she stumbled upon Trump's quote. O'Donnell also claimed Trump was talking about her blood and the blood of her family.
