Kahramaa inaugurates HMC super substation built at a cost of QR155m

Doha: The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) inaugurated Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) super substation.
The inauguration of this station comes in the context of Kahramaa’s strategic plan to develop the electrical network, serve vital projects and meet all needs in line with the increasing demand for electricity in the country.
The station operates at 66/220/11KV, which enables it to secure the electrical energy needed to cover the project needs at a total cost of QR155m, including the implementation of the station project and all associated works. The capacity of the station is 200MVA.
