The judge in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse hopes to see all jurors by the end of the day. Jury selection is now under way to narrow down the juror pool from 150 candidates to just 20.
Rittenhouse is charged with killing two people during a protest against police brutality in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year. He's also accused of shooting and hurting a third person.
And in a controversial decision pre-trial, the judge ruled defense attorneys can potentially refer to those who were shot as looters or rioters but only if they can show evidence that the people were engaged in such activity. Prosecutors can't call them victims, a common rule for this judge's trials.
