Jiah Khan death case moved to special CBI court

Sooraj Pancholi's trial in the Jiah Khan death case has been moved to a special CBI Court. The case has been pending for the last eight years.
A special CBI court will be now hearing actress Jiah Khan's death case. The sessions court, which was conducting a trial against the late actress's boyfriend, actor Sooraj Pancholi, on charges of alleged abetment, has said that the case should be transferred to a special CBI court. The case has been pending for the last eight years. Jiah Khan was found dead at her apartment in Mumbai's Juhu on June 3, 2013. She was hanging from a ceiling fan. Before her death, the actress was in a relationship with actor, Sooraj Pancholi. A six-page suicide note allegedly addressed to her boyfriend, Sooraj Pancholi, was found by the actress's sister. The letter indicated that Jiah planned to end her life and also wrote about some friction between her and Sooraj.More Related News
