Jharkhand: Several students injured as police lathicharge during protest over Class 12 marks 

Several students were injured as police resorted to lathicharge during a protest over Class 12 marks in Jharkhand's Dhanbad.

A protest by students of Class 12 in Jharkhand's Dhanbad escalated when the agitating students stormed into the conference room of the collectorate to meet health minister Banna Gupta. The protesting students, demanding reassessment of their Class 12 results, were trying to meet health minister Banna Gupta, who was chairing a meeting with 20 other officials at that time.
