Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren calls for CBI probe into Dhanbad judge's death

Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren on Saturday recommended a CBI investigation into the alleged murder of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday decided to hand over the investigation into the hit-and-run death of a Dhanbad judge to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). An official spokesman said that the chief minister has suggested that the investigation into the death of District and Sessions Court-8 judge Uttam Anand be handed over to the primary investigating agency.
