Jennifer Lopez has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after two years of marriage.
According to TMZ, she filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles Tuesday — the same day as the two-year anniversary of their second wedding ceremony that took place in Georgia.
Lopez listed the date of separation as April 26, 2024, meaning they haven’t been a couple for nearly four months.
She allegedly didn’t reveal if there’s a prenuptial agreement; however, sources tell TMZ that the exes didn’t have one in place. If that’s the case, everything they’ve made from their short-lived marriage would be deemed community property.
She also waived the right to spousal support and asked the judge to deny Affleck support.
