Javed Akhtar says in court he met Kangana Ranaut in 2016 to advise on Hrithik Roshan case

Javed Akhtar, in his statement to the Bombay High Court, said that he met Kangana Ranaut and her sister, Rangoli Chandel, in 2016. He added that he advised Kangana to settle issues with Hrithik Roshan as the controversy was maligning images of both of them.

The Bombay High Court has reserved its order on Kangana Ranaut's plea seeking quashing of the entire proceedings initiated by 10th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Andheri against her. During the hearing, Javed Akhtar confessed that in 2016, he had met Kangana Ranaut and Rangoli Chandel to advise and pacify her on settling issues with Hrithik Roshan.
