After the police registered a case against VHP and Bajrang Dal members in connection with the Jahangirpuri incident on Saturday, VHP national spokesperson Vinod Bansal has issued a statement.
Alleging that the case against VHP members was ‘false’, he said, “Implicating VHP or its workers in false cases will tarnish the image of police itself.”
Three days after violence broke out in Jahangirpuri area, security personnel remain stationed there to ensure law and order is maintained.
