Jacqueline Fernandes told Shilpa Shetty about how she sought therapy during the first lockdown. The actress appeared on Shilpa's chat show, Shape of You.
Jacqueline Fernandes has been in the news for reasons more than one. The year 2021 ended with the actress hogging the limelight for her alleged involvement with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. While the dust hasn’t settled yet, Jacqueline is currently seen happily posing for photos during Akshay Kumar’s Bachchhan Paandey promotion. Apart from this, Jacqueline was also seen twerking with Shilpa Shetty on her chat show, Shape of You. That’s where the actress told host Shilpa that she had sought therapy during the first lockdown.
A few days back, we shared a happy video of Jacqueline Fernandes twerking with Shilpa Shetty. The glimpse was behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage from Shilpa’s chat show, Shape of You and the first episode is out. That's where Jacqueline told Shilpa that she sought therapy due to the loneliness she faced during the first lockdown in 2020. Jacqueline told Shilpa, “It was in 2020, right after the pandemic. I think a lot of us went through that. People didn’t know what was happening to them, people got very confused, they were pulled out of so many things. People lost their jobs, people lost people. I realised I was possibly going through a bit of loneliness and there are so many people who live alone in a city.
She further added, “They don’t have their families with them. You essentially don’t end up having people to talk to. In my personality, I don’t like bogging people down with my problems or issues. I don’t want to bring up issues that might seem sad or depressing." Jacqueline then said she doesn't like telling her friends or family if she is struggling, sad or lonely. She also said, “I did seek help and I had this amazing therapist. I was doing therapy for some time.”
Jacqueline Fernandez was all over the news recently after an array of private photos of the actress with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar was all over the Internet. Her name was also involved in an alleged money laundering case. The actress, later, issued an official statement regarding the matter.
Apart from this, Jacqueline is currently making headlines for her upcoming film with Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon and Arshad Warsi, Bachchhan Paandey.
